I suspect that my Whirlpool side by side refrigerator has a frozen water fill tube that is preventing the icemaker from working. Where would I find this fill tube and how would I reach it to try the warm it with a blow dryer?

Whirl Pool is going through a lawsuit due to the faulty icemakers on the side by side fridge. I encourage you to go to this website above and fill out your complaint. Several customers have complained but thus far whirlpool has done nothing. When you feel out the form be sure and give them your serial and model #. We are going through this issue as well.
