how can I remove a metal bra wire, Bosch Classixx 1200 Express?

A metal bra wire has got under the drum and is screeching, I have opened the pump cover but can only see/get at fluff. Should a technician do this ?? or can I have a go from the back ??

I had this exact same problem. I resolved it by tipping the washing machine up so I could get at the bottom. Once under there I could see a black rubber waste pipe connected to the drum with a jubilee clip. After unscrewing the clip and removing the pipe I found the bra wire hanging out the hole the pipe had been attached to.

Undoing the jubilee clip needed a T-20 star shaped screwdriver bit. (A cross head screwdriver may work here if you are very careful)

I am not a proffesional i have spent hours dimanlting the whole machine but have found in the end that turning the machine in it's front and clearing out any obstruction from the waste pipe at the bottom was a good soloution i hope this helps.

I have not worked on this particular machine but the usual possible short cut to save splitting the inner and outer drum is to remove the heating element which will give you a small window to pull the wire out of.

This is very common.
