How can I glue glass?

How can I glue the flipper back on to the body of a swarovski crystal baby sea lion. It is a clean break and the area to glue is about 7mm x 3mm.

Hi Gill, loctite sell a glass bond similar to super glue but dries clear any good hardware shop should stock it
