Clean up inside cap and top of glass then try some contact adhesive or similar ask in store whats the best glue for this.
Of course my other thoughts go to marine that is fish tank glue [waterproof and obviously adhers[sticks] to glass, its worth checking out if its overall cheaper than buying another atomiser.
