how can i fix my logik oiii mp3 player?

My screen comes up warning, boot error, shutting down when i switch my logik oiii player on. I am unable to access anything. what should i do?

Putt the mp3 against a on speaker for a few seconds it should format it then it should work, dunno why this works but it does.
