My Xerox DocuColor 12 (DC12) keeps halting to a dead stop and asks to turn power off/on while giving error codes 15-383, 15-385, 15-391..

i do some random cleaning, remove the drum, clean it etc.. and sometimes it miraculously starts, and sometimes it just stays as it is.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

DC-12 Problem - Buble in centre of the 12x18 print and not showing oil C, M & Y.

The automatic Gain control (AGC) for a specific channel from the CCD PWB Failed.

Possible fixes include:

#1 The Exposure lamp is too slow. (Scanner lamp)

Replace the lamp.

#2 Cleaning ALL the mirrors and the top of the silver strip above the mirrors on the carriage. ( Part of the carriage that holds the mirror on the left hand side when facing the machine.

#3 The IIT/IPS LVPS needs to be replaced.
