Underneath the boiler where all the pipes enter, there should be a none return valve with a tap on it. This is usually attached to a silver coloured flexi hose coming off your cold water supply. When system is cold, open the tap slowly and watch the pressure guage on the panel rise to about 1.4mbar then close the tap. be sure to bleed the radiators after doing this when system is hot. Bleeding them will cause the pressure to drop slightly but ideally the pressure wants to be about 1.1mbar when cold and all radiators bled. Hence initially filling to 1.4 to allow for this
