Does it agitate? Your motor coupling could be bad or possibly your transmission. You need to take the cabinet off by taking out the two screws on the timer panel that hold it on the cabinet, pull up and flip over the timer panel, pull the brass clips out of the top of the cabinet, unplugging the little harness and remove the cabinet. Then take the clips off of the pump. Next, take off the clips holding the motor on (making sure to unplug from wall first) pull the motor off and inspect the rubber motor coupling and the two white pieces that fit together on the rubber piece. If this is still in one piece then it's probably your transmission. Easy to replace if you know what you're doing, I suggest calling your local service person. Good luck.
