blown fuse?

My treadmill blew a fuse about 2 weeks ago, whilst I was using it,we have tried everything to find out why, the lower board and the motor have both been tested and they are fine, as are the brushes. Does anyone know what can be causing it to do this, we have a very large supply of fuses! The machine is called ' The Energizer Treadmill' model 3701 16Km. It's the 15amp fuse on the circuit board not the main supply plug that keeps blowing when you press the start button, otherwise everything else lights up as normal.

If your belt and deck are worn or need lubricant, it can slow down the motor increasing the amps. More amps is more heat. Run the treadmill longer than you walk without walking on it. If the speed stays constant with no one on it and doesn't blow a fuse in the time it normally would, then your belt and deck are worn or need lube.
You can try a test with napa auto parts silicone model 8300
There are better lubes but this one is easy to get and is recommended by other treadmill manufactures.
