BOILER IS LEAKING WATER?

My boiler wont fire up as it appears to have developed a leak at one of the outlet pipes that is hairline where an electric wire goes in. this is at the top right side of the unit.
Water is trickling down the side and this is obviously interfering with the earth leakage. Where could the water be coming from and what can I do.

Most common place to look for leaks is from the heat exchanger

Time to call someone to look at it
