Could be that the ink cleaning count has reached its max value. Try resetting this chip by using

You haven't stated the exact error, but I assume it's nothing consumable, e.g. ink out, paper stuck, etc.

Have you checked cables, etc. are properly connected?

Can you still print, even though there is an error message?

Sometimes on Epson printers there is a message that says "parts inside the printer have reached the end of their service life" If you have this message, the printer won't work and you will have to contact Epson Customer Service for advice - or buy another printer :(
