Is there a way to take the blind apart to repair one slat that is broken?

How do I repair the lines at the top of the faux blinds?
They have come undone.

Yes,

if you look at the bottom of the blind you will see that there is a knot at the base of each 'ladder' ( this is what is holding your blinds together and runs up and down) undo each knot and glently pull up the pull cord until you pass the broken slat.
Slide the slate out to the side and replace with the new one.
Then re-cord by passing the pull cord down thrugh the holes in each of the slats until you push it through the bottom again and re-tie the knot.
