bought a new russell hobbs microwave, worked fine for 2 days and now wont heat anything up or cook anything. stupidly binned the box and receipt. any1 had the same problem?please help

You don't need a receipt to take it back to the shop. You just need proof of purchase. That could be your bank statement or credit card statement.

Take the thing back to the shop and explain the situation...even if you haven't got the receipt, it will be on their records and they should sort you with a new one.
