As you don't say what the phone is your question is very difficult to answer as they are all different.
So try another phone if that doesn't send Caller ID either then call you phone company because that it how your profile is set with them rather than it being the phone.
If another phone does send call ID then look in your phones menu system for 'Send Caller ID' or similar phrase.
