i have a samsung 6500 hAD A PAPER JAM TOOK THE TOP OFF GOT THE PAPER OUT NOE THE SCREEN SHOWS ERR PRT CAN GET IT TO DO ANYTHING

Hi. Try an initial clear. This will jump it back to the start of the mode.

Turn key to P mode.
Unplug at wall.
While holding cash (bottom right corner), plug back in.
It should print.
Turn the key back to REG, and try it.
