Worcester Bosch Danesmoor 15/19 ran out of oil?

I ran outof oil recently. Once the tank was filled. I opened the pipe to the injector to bleed and the system fired up and runs. BUT When the system is not running for a couple of hours it will not start and the 'Lockout' light comes on and I have to open the pipe again to start. Am I bleeding the styetem properly?Any ideas

Sounds like where you have disconnected the pipe to bleed the air, when the burner is not running there is a slight ingress of air through this join, which would allow the oil to drop back to the tank (assuming the tank is lower than the burner)

If so, fit a tiger loop to the system to stop this happening in the future.
