this is a frost free model,the freezer has frozen water in the bottom of it,this is from when it defrosted i think, i have look at it and the tray that collects the water when it defrost was full of frozen water, i clean it out and made sure the drain pipe was not blocked, but it has done the same thing, dose it need a need element which is located just below the tray or is their other controls that might be faulty, can theis be tested ??
any advise would be a help

have you removed the rubber spout on the back that lets the water into the tray on top of the compressor?.these can block up.pinching spout should open it.defrost for 24 hrs and retry.also is it a single or double defrost element as the latest models have single element to help eliminate this problem
