Can i change the frequency on my BT SYNERGY 3505?

I have just installed a netgear wireless router in my house and when it is switched on the caller ID on my BT SYNERGY 3505 dosent work. Perhaps they are on the same frequency, can i change the frequency on my phone?

I have a similar issue. Netgear router and BT 3505 ... both in 2.4GHz range. Any use of the 3505 causes the router to disconnect the ADSL. No such prob with corded phones on the same line. Netgear manual says: "[site router] Away from sources of interference, such as PCs, microwave ovens, and 2.4 GHz cordless" Try a different router channel, or change to a non-2.4Ghz phone. :(

You can't change the Synergy's frequency but you can change channels on the router which may help.

Additionally, ensure that EVERY phone that is plugged into a phone socket goes via a microfilter.
