How can I fix my Oster Fusion Blender?

How do I disassemble and replace the fuse on my 600 watt Oster Fusion Blender. I think it is a fuse problem because I have no power indication. The motor seemed to be working fine before the unit quit. The blender is only about 8 months old. Any ideas?

The bottom unscrews and the fuse can be pulled out with needle nose pliers and patience. finding the fuse is a different story.
