Ford 5000RDS Code?

After helping to jump start someones car, my radio is now asking for a code.

When switched on, it comes up with R435BDV. I have been through all the documentation but can not find the code. Can anyone help?

post up the serial no of the radio it should start with the letter 'm' and is found on the top of your radio.You'll have to slide it out to see it.If you post it I'll get you the code in seconds
