Bosch Fridge/Freezer?

We have had our Bosch fridge/freezer for 8 years now.Model no: KGV3 105. Recently the temperature in the fridge and freezer seems to be fluctuating. I have particularly noticed in the freezer the ice-cream or bread sometimes feels really soft. Please could somebody advise what the problem might be and what it is likely to cost to fix it. We live in Woking, Surrey.

there is a thermostat control box on the side of the
compressor ( the motor) switch off the mains, then
remove the spring clip holding the black box. inside you will find the thermostat, it has many wire's attached, this can be pulled out, but first make sure it is pressed
up tight against the compressor, if it is not pressed tight the temp control will not work properly, they can work loose. it is this item that is your problem, if this dos'e not work then you will require a new thermostatic
controler. (but check the cost first) BOSCH PART'S RING - APPLAINCE CARE LTD 0161 4465566
