we have a rythmic knocking noise when on the slow spin?

the machine has developed a rythmic knocking when on slow spin this goes when the spin has reached full speed. this happens only when loaded.

sounds like door gasket banging up front cabinet.try tilting the machine slightly backwards so the weight of the washing goes into the back of the drum and not up the porthole door
