How can I fix my JVC auto CD player model KD ar200 to play?

I have installed a KD ar200 in my car and it works fine when I turn on the ignition but when I start the car, the radio seems to cy;cle from Welcome to See you soon and the radio play is sporadic.

have you got both live wire's connected? ie one is a permenant live the other is through the ignition
