Hi there,

I have a Hotpoint Iced Diamond FF63P fridge freezer and the red light comes on intermittently and the freezer part then is not working correctly. Food defrosts. It can then go back out and refrezes things again - no pattern. The fridge is working fine. Can anyone point us in the right direction to what could possibly be failing / wrong?

Defrost it. To do this unplug the appliance for 3 days yes 3 days it will take that long and then plug it back in run for 1 day and all should be well again
