The CP660 is an old machine and I have not seen one for some time. The code E013 means the waste toner conainer is full and needs to be emptied. I just can not remember where it is. On some machines it is part of the drum unit and in others it is a container fitted in the machine. If you can find it you should be able to carefully empty it into a plastic bag which can then be dissposed of in normal waste. Avoid the dust when doing this.
