I baught a mp3/mp4 player from video land and it never worked from when I baught it the battery gets hot because you could feel it on the outside but the screen doesn't turn on. the model number is VL-532. is there a place that I could send to so that they can repair it.

My VL-336 just cut out, i get the message "no memory" and can't find the problem with it, i emailed Visual Land after googling their site, still waiting for a response
