had my dvd recorder goodmans xpro for a year and the tray wont open? just stopped working, b4 had trouble trying to format a disc now the tray wont open... it makes a intermitten sound inside like its trying to , says on the display open but wont... help please tom

switch off at mains switch back on and press open on dvd player this will then open i had this problem when trying to use dvd-r
