If the thermocoupler is bad?

If the thermocoupler is bad, can you check it with a meter and if it is bad, where can you buy one.

I'm having the same problem, Patton heater won't heat.

no you cant really test it with a multimeter, the voltages are tiny. You need a thermocouple tester, will cost you more than a new one!
