Line Error with SHARP UX-510A?

When receiving a fax, I get a LINE ERROR. The fax does not come thru, but the communication error form is printed.

I have looked thru the manual, but find nothing.

Faulty zener diode on communication board been a while since i used to fix these so am unable to remember which one it is but was a common fault.
