After typing in the command prompt ipconfig/all as suggested this came up......

Primary DNS Suffix....: Blank! (nothing)

IP Routing Enabled....: Yes
WINS Proxy Enabled..: NO
Can you please tell me what I should try next? Thanks!

You should start another NEW question with ALL of the information that came back to you from the 'ipconfig /all' command. You have only posted the first bit. The bulk of the reply is missing.
