Can't work reverse on my JCB 3CX Sitemaster?

The wheels don't go round when I select reverse on my JCB 3CX Sitemaster. Is this an electrical problem as they still work in forward mode?

if it is powershift then check the forward and reverse relay in the cab (under the steering column). then check the wiring on the gearbox where the solenoids are located. check that the reverse solenoid is energising. then check the wiring harness from the selector lever to the gearbox. they usually short under the steering column. if all ok then it could be a clutch pack down.
