How can i get a radio code for a vauhall corsa 51 reg?

Ihave just brought the corsa and turned on the radio and it comes up with "safe" on the screen, i was told that i need a radio code, and also i dont know how to put the code in? Help

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard. . Then quote the MAKE + MODEL and any Serial Numbers found on the radio casing.Repost all this info as another question
