Please help me I am a lone parent with a Bosch WDF 2471 and my sons school uniform is now trapped inside full of water, it seems to be washing but when it comes to rinseing and spinning its just not happening, its just humming at me and doesnt seem to want to go?????
I am desperate to get this soughted out today as my son has school tomorrow and no uniform! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!
the rinse and spin lights just falsh together at me????

sounds like there is something stuck in the pump, open door if it will allow you remove as much water as you can , then unscrew filter (behind pannel at the bottom of machine) with a pair of twessers or something find whats trapped in your pump houseing if theres nothing in there the pumps proberly jammed twist paddle around wilth a pencel or something it see if it frees itsself. then put washer on to spin cycle and see if the paddle in pump filter is spinning if so all will be ok. let me know how you got on after this advice.
