First make sure that you have the correct code ......then press AS plus the ON button at the same time and leave it on undisturbed for at least a couple of hours.(don`t press any other buttons !)...After a couple of hours (or more) just enter enter the code , press AS again (you should hear a "beep") and all should be OK. However if the radio switches itself off off automatically after an hour or so , and it is still locked then you are going to have to take it out of the dashboard and wire it up via the ISO socket at the rear to a battery (plus connect a speaker) and repeat the above. (AS plus ON together then leave for at least 11 hours. )This normally works + should then reset it. note: The length of time to leave it switched on depends on how many previous incorrect codes have been entered. If it was 10 , then the time will be 640minutes (nearly 11 hours). Please post back here whether successful or not..Good luck!
