I reformated my hard drive and put Windows 200 back on. It starts to install then comes up that I can not acess the drive. What can I d?

Need more detail. Is there an error number? Is the message that you do not have the necessary permissions? Have you tried logging on as administrator? Anythig else may be of help in diagnosis.
