i was listening to the tuner it just shut off, power light on front works, but no power to main screen, nothing has power

Hey Micheal,

This is Spc. Mikel from Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. I am a Biomedical Electronic Technician at the hospital on post. My brother's stereo had the same problem, after trouble shooting I found that the zener diode on the power supply board was blown. I still have not found a replacement part for it yet.
