How do I clean a CD player lens?

How do I clean a CD player lens? Aiwa NSX 330 (kind of Midi system) has an internal CL lens. CDs keep on skiping. What do I clean the lens with and what is the best way to get to it? Ta

I cleant it with ethanol and that did not ruin it. Unplug, then unscrew the cover and you can easily reach it. Use a soft cloth like the ones used for sun glasses.

Get a standard CD lens cleaner from a hi-fi shop. It is just a standard-looking CD but with a tiny brush-like attachment on one segment.
I have one made by ON called the 4030 which seems to do the trick.
Check your CDs for cleanliness too.
