when you plug in your camera and turn it on , can you se your photos on the pc? they should load up in ( MY documents) / my pictures" and in the program that came with your camera, if you got a disc with it , so plug in the camera turn it on , have some photos taken , you should see it downloading the photos to the pc. go look in ( MY pictures) and the should be there for you to send in emails if you want to , you should have no problem with xp and your camera , it sayed on the box will work with vista" because its so new , vista , that is" . sometimes vista cant find the drivers for new hardwear like your camera printers ect" but your fine with xp, and use ( jpg) to send photos , i wont go into it, but it makes photos smaller to send them accross the internet but they come out normal size on the other side, hope that helps you .. mick
