When Sportcraft TX 2.5 is turned on it flashes 4, won't do anything else. Can you help?

Find where the power cable plugs into the treadmill. beside it there is a small red switch. try flipping the switch

I have a long wire piece that says rohs on it the other numbers are FH-3555-PTT VER:A1. and I was wondering where do I install it

This happened to me, use the extra fuse included with the treadmill and change it. It is in the front of the treadmill nead the AC plug. If you dont have the extra fuse take the old one out and go to radio shack.
