Potterton Kingfisher 2. Pilot light keeps going out?

Hi. I have a 20 year-old Potterton Kingfisher 2 boiler. I have changed the Thermocouple, the timer and cleaned the gas pilot light nozzle but the pilot light still goes out. When lighting the pilot the pilot flame doesn't reach the t/c. On the occasions it does reach the t/c it cuts out after about an hour. It's not draught blowing it out.

the oxy pilot assy should be changed, or the gas valve may have a fault
