Bridging a wide gap (2"/50mm) between laminate and tile?

I have a gap of approx 50mm between my finished kitchen tiled floor and the laminated floor in the dining room. Ideally I would replace the tiles as the gap is on the kitchen side of the doors, but I cannot seem to get the same tiles and do not have any spare. The doorway is 1.6m wide (french doors) and I do not want to extend the laminate as this would appear in the kitchen side of the doorway. The tiles are dark grey and the laminate is Aberdeen oak. How can I bridge this gap to look finished?

Hi you can buy a wide range of "transition strips" which cloak the gap between two floor finshes, they are easy to fit and give a professional look
