My reception keeps freezing

any new trees in the way ? ECT,, any thing blocking it view of the sky, i had to move mine up higher becaust of the trees in the summer,leaves on them , it was fine in the winter, or like brian said the lnb could be going , can you try another box on that dish , from your friends,

This may have something to do with the cable, from your sky dish to the receiver if the unit has been moved. Switch off the power from the receiver at the mains socket, then unscrew and pull out the cable from the back of the receiver coming in from the sky dish. Re-connect cable, switch power back on and wait a few minutes for the system to reset, hopefully this should work. Failing this you may have to get the LNB renewed on the dish.
