How can I fix my Vokera Compact Boiler?

I topped up the pressure but the red light is now on all the time. We've tried to reset it but it hasn't worked. Any ideas how we can fix this please?

you will need to replace the primary ntc, if your boiler is not condensing you'll find it on the left hand side of the heat exchanger, if it's the condensing version you'll find it on theopposite side.
