Vailant Ecotec Plus fault code?

My boiler is coming up with the code of F64. I run the hot water, it stays hot for a minute, then goes cold as boiler stops working, please help!!

F64 = electronics/nct fault

either a flow or retun thermister has gone faulty and needs replacing or possibly a pcb problem
