Mysterious problem with my 1989 peugeot 205 diesel. Installing a new fully charged battery has no effect, all electrical devices remain dead.fuses OK. Help.
Check your main supply line usually located on the soloniod of the starter which is hooked to the large terminal

Checked your earth straps ??, located from the negative side of your battery you may find one is broken quickest way to do this is to attatch jump lead from negative pole to a clean metal point on the chassis/engine,
