Unable to browse the internet?
Hi, I use windows XP with the BT broadband HUB. I have reccently stopped being able to browse the internet, I use firefox and it errors and says Internet connectioin does not appear to be working. I have done varisous tests to discover if the problem is with the line but when I pinged it I received no errors. When I boot up in Safe mode with networking I am able to browse, so the issue is not with the line or the hardware. I tried a system restore but that failed to resolve the problem. Can you please suggest some other possible causes and fixes for this problem
