Hi, when i turn the hot tap on,it is trying to light up but cant.sometimes it takes several attempts and will then light up.i have tried pressing the reset button but this hasnt worked and it just flashes.could it be the water pressure just needs topping up or is there a bigger problem?

assuming it lights for ch, then the problem is either a blocked / partially block inline water filter (should notice a reduced flow at the dhw tap) or the flow switch / turbine is scaled or bust...
