No volume, Screen display perfect, menus fully fuctions but no sound. is there a reset button or is there something im missing???

well you are correct in sense radio is dead... i have noticed its not picking up any stations...???

Check that the connectors are full fitted on the rear of the radio if they are the radio is dead!!
