I cant turn off my combi-boiler?

I have a Ariston euro-combi A23 boiler.
It broke - no hot water/heating.
Ma repaired it - changed one of the 2 boards.
Now I cannot turn off the heating.
Any ideas? Its getting tropical here. If I turn off the power- I fear the hot water will not come back.
