Hello!! I recently purchased another Panasonic microwave to replace my 22-year-old Panasonic. :)

It's a great microwave, except that the turntable just stopped working. Really. One night it worked, and the next morning it didn't. No smoke, no slowing, no power surge, nada. It just quit. On my old one, I just replaced the fuse. I'm not sure what to do with this one. Any ideas?

By any chance do you still have the plate for your old panasonic genius. My mum has just broke hers and is very upset so i am trying to find a replacement but no look as it has the square centre. My email is jadecampbellclare@yahoo.com.au She lives in UK Thank you

Presumably this is still in guarantee, so take it back to the shop for replacement or refund.
